Գերմանիայի հետախուզության նախկին ղեկավարը կասկածվում է Ադրբեջանի համար զեկույց պատրաստելու մեջ

Գերմանիայի Դաշնային հետախուզական ծառայության նախկին ղեկավար Ավգուստ Հանինգը ձերբակալվել է լրտեսության կասկածանքով․ ենթադրաբար վերլուծական զեկույց է պատրաստել Ադրբեջանի հետախուզության համար, հայտնում է Der Spiegel-ը՝ հղում անելով հետաքննության նյութերին։

Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ Հանինգը Գերմանիայի Դաշնային հետախուզական ծառայությունում իր նախկին աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի միջոցով ստացել է որոշակի «գաղտնի» փաստաթղթեր և դրանք օգտագործել զեկույցը պատրաստելիս։

Գերմանիայի Դաշնային դատախազությունը կարծում է, որ փաստաթուղթը հետագայում պետք է փոխանցվեր «օտարերկրյա հետախուզական ծառայության աշխատակցի»։

Հանինգը 1998-2005 թվականներին ղեկավարել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային հետախուզական ծառայությունը (BND), իսկ 2005-2009 թվականներին եղել է Գերմանիայի ՆԳ նախարարության պետական քարտուղարներից մեկը։ Մանֆրեդ Դ.-ն այդ ամբողջ ընթացքում եղել է նրա աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը, իսկ 2012-2026 թվականներին ղեկավարել է BND-ի այլ ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերը։

Գերմանիայի Դատախազության պնդմամբ՝ 2010 թվականի գարնանից Մանֆրեդ Դ.-ն Հանինգին տրամադրել է հետախուզական տվյալներ, որոնց հասանելիություն ուներ որպես BND-ի աշխատակից։ Մինչև 2022 թվականի հունիսը նա նախկին ղեկավարին փոխանցել է շուրջ 2000 փաստաթուղթ, որոնցից շատերը գաղտնի էին և նախատեսված էին բացառապես BND-ի ներքին օգտագործման համար։

Գերմանիայի Դատախազությունը նաև պնդում է, որ Հանինգը ստացված գաղտնի տեղեկություններից մեկ դեպքում օգտվել է օտարերկրյա պետության հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակցի պատվերով վերլուծական նյութ պատրաստելու համար։ Թե որ պետության հատուկ ծառայության մասին է խոսքը, չի հաղորդվում։

«Դեռևս չի հաջողվել պարզել՝ արդյոք այս նյութը փոխանցվել է հասցեատիրոջը», – ասվում է Գերմանիայի դատախազության հաղորդագրությունում։

Բացի այդ, ըստ մեղադրանքի, Հանինգը ակտիվ կապեր է պահպանել մեկ այլ պետության հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակցի հետ և մի քանի տարի նրան տրամադրել քաղաքական բնույթի տեղեկատվություն, որը մասամբ հիմնված է Մանֆրեդ Դ.-ից ստացված նյութերի վրա։
