Ֆրանսիան և Թուրքիան արգելափակում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ Կովկասյան երկրների հետ կապերն ամրապնդելու ջանքերը. Politico

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ ՆԱՏՕ-ի համագործակցությունն ակտիվացնելու փորձը կասեցվել է Ֆրանսիայի և Թուրքիայի միջև առկա տարաձայնությունների պատճառով այն պահին, երբ Ռուսաստանը թուլացնում է իր վերահսկողությունը տարածաշրջանի նկատմամբ, գրել է Politico-ն։

Ֆրանսիան հրաժարվել է հաստատել Բաքվի հետ գործընկերության նոր ծրագիրը՝ որպես հիմնական պատճառ նշելով ֆրանսիացի քաղաքացու կալանավորումը. այս մասին հայտնել են ՆԱՏՕ-ի երեք դիվանագետներ, որոնք ցանկացել են անանուն մնալ՝ ազատորեն խոսելու համար։ Ի պատասխան՝ Թուրքիան արգելափակել է Հայաստանի ծրագրի թարմացման զուգահեռ գործընթացը՝ ի նշան իր մերձավոր դաշնակից Ադրբեջանի հետ համերաշխության։

«Կովկասյան երկու պետությունները ձգտում են խորացնել համագործակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ զորավարժությունների, ռազմական պատրաստության և այլ ոլորտներում»,- հայտնել են ՆԱՏՕ-ի հինգ դիվանագետներ։ Արդյունքում՝ երկու ծրագրերն էլ ավելի քան մեկ տարի է՝ անորոշ վիճակում են մնացել, հավելել են նրանք։

ՆԱՏՕ-ում տիրող այս երկարատև փակուղային իրավիճակն առավել հրատապ է դարձել այն բանից հետո, երբ անցյալ շաբաթ Ֆրանսիան արգելափակեց Ռուսաստանի և Վլադիմիր Պուտինի դաշնակիցների դեմ ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների երկարաձգումը։ Փարիզը հրաժարվել է իր առարկությունից միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ Բրյուսելը հանել է սահմանափակումները ռուս-ուզբեկական ծագմամբ միլիարդատեր Ալիշեր Ուսմանովի նկատմամբ, ինչը դրդել է Ադրբեջանին ազատ արձակել մի քանի կալանավորի, այդ թվում՝ Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացու։

Այժմ Ֆրանսիան ճնշման է ենթարկվում՝ Բաքվի հետ ՆԱՏՕ-ի սերտ կապերի հաստատման հարցում իր վետոն վերացնելու համար, քանի որ անցյալ չորեքշաբթի Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւն ազատ է արձակել կալանավորներին։

«Եթե նրանք չվերացնեն արգելքը, դա ո՛չ խելամիտ քաղաքական քայլ կլինի, ո՛չ էլ նրանք իրենց կդրսևորեն որպես դաշինքի շահերից ելնելով գործող դաշնակից», - ասել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիվանագետներից մեկը։ «Հայաստանի համար սա շատ վտանգավոր է. մենք կարծում ենք, որ լավ է նրանց մերձավոր դաշնակիցների շարքում ունենալը»։
