ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն նախազգուշացրել է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին Ուկրաինայում գտնվելուց և նրա տարածք այցելություններից

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն կրկին նախազգուշացնում է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին, ներառյալ դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների անձնակազմին, Ուկրաինայում գտնվելուց և նրա տարածք այցելություններից: Այս մասին ասված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ՝ Կիևում և Ուկրաինայում ռազմական նշանակության օբյեկտների մոտակայքում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և դիվանագետների գտնվելու վերաբերյալ կրկնակի նախազգուշացման մասին, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն կրկին նախազգուշացնում է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին, ներառյալ դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների անձնակազմին, Ուկրաինայում գտնվելուց և նրա տարածք այցելություններից: Հնարավոր բացասական հետևանքների պատասխանատվությունն ամբողջությամբ կրում են նրանք, ովքեր անտեսում են այս նախազգուշացումը», - ընդգծվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում հիշեցրել են, որ ռուսական կողմը նախապես կոչ է արել Կիևում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին և դիվանագետներին լքել քաղաքը, հրաժարվել Ուկրաինա այցելելուց, իսկ երկրի բնակիչներին՝ չմոտենալ ռազմական և վարչական ենթակառուցվածքների օբյեկտներին:

«Այս նախազգուշացումը պարունակվում էր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ 2026 թվականի մայիսի 25-ի հայտարարության մեջ, օտարերկրյա գործընկերների հասցեագրված վերբալ նոտաներում և հնչել է 2026 թվականի մայիսի 27-ին Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Մ. Յու. Գալուզինի՝ դիվանագիտական կորպուսի համար ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ», - պարզաբանվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Բացի այդ, դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունում նշել են, որ Ուկրաինա չմեկնելու հանձնարարականներ իրենց քաղաքացիներին բազմիցս տվել են նաև մի շարք պետությունների իշխանություններ, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ը, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, ԵՄ երկրները, Նորվեգիան, Շվեյցարիան:

«Վերջին անգամ՝ այս տարվա օգոստոսին: Արձանագրում ենք, որ ոչ բոլորն են անսացել այս նախազգուշացումներին և գիտակցաբար իրենց կյանքը մահացու վտանգի են ենթարկում: Կիևում աշխատում են բազմաթիվ դեսպանություններ, Ուկրաինա այցելություններով մեկնում են օտարերկրյա պաշտոնատար անձինք», - ընդգծվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Դրանում ասվում է նաև, որ «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերը կշարունակեն զանգվածային պատժիչ հարվածներ հասցնել»:
