Արդեն շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ է՝ մեծ թվով բեռնատարներ չեն կարողանում շարունակել ճանապարհը դեպի Մոսկվա

Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, SHAMSHYAN.com-ի զանգահարած վարորդներից մեկը պատմեց, որ իրենք արդեն մոտ 7 օր է՝ գտնվում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում, սակայն չեն կարողանում շարունակել իրենց ճանապարհը։

«Մոտ 10 օր է գտնվում ենք ռուսական կողմում և մեզ արգելում են շարժվել։ Մուտք ենք գործել ՌԴ տարածք, մեզ բերել են մի վայր, որը նույնպես գտնվում է անցակետի տարածքում, և արգելում են տեղաշարժվել՝ առանց որևէ հիմնավորման։ Նաև վերցրել են մեր անձնագրերը։ Մեզ որևէ բացատրություն չեն տալիս։ Չգիտենք՝ ինչու ենք այսքան օր այստեղ կանգնած, ինչ պետք է լինի, կամ երբ են թույլ տալու շարունակել ճանապարհը։ Ամենաանհասկանալի վիճակն այն է, որ մեզ նույնիսկ թույլ չեն տալիս առանց մեքենաների դուրս գալ տարածքից։ Ստացվում է՝ կարծես գերի ընկած լինենք այստեղ։ Մոտ 15 մեքենա «ՆՈՅ» կոնյակ է տեղափոխում, սակայն մեր նման այստեղ կանգնած են նաև բազմաթիվ այլ բեռնատարներ, որոնք, որքան մեզ հայտնի է, նույնպես ոգելից խմիչքներ են տեղափոխում։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք անհրաժեշտ բոլոր ստուգումներն անցնել, ներկայացնել համապատասխան փաստաթղթերը, եթե որևէ խնդիր կա՝ թող ասեն, թե ինչ խնդիր է։ Բայց մեզ ոչինչ չեն ասում։ Մարդիկ օրերով մեքենաների մեջ են, սպասում են, չեն կարողանում իրենց գործը կատարել, ընտանիքներին էլ չեն կարողանում հստակ տեղեկություն տալ, թե երբ են վերադառնալու։ Ուզում ենք հասկանալ՝ ո՞ւր է կցորդ կոչվածը, որը պետք է զբաղվի այս հարցերով։ Մի հատ չի՞ կարող գալ, տեսնել՝ ինչ է կատարվում, և վարորդների խնդիրը լուծել։ Թե՞ իրենք միայն աշխատավարձ ստանալու համար են։ Մենք ուզում ենք, որ որևէ մեկը գա և վերջապես զբաղվի այս խնդրով, որովհետև արդեն համբերության սահմանն անցել է»,– ասաց վարորդը։

Վարորդների խոսքով՝ խնդիրը հատկապես մտահոգիչ է այն պատճառով, որ որևէ ժամկետ չեն նշում, թե երբ կարող են շարունակել երթևեկությունը դեպի Մոսկվա։ Նրանք ակնկալում են, որ համապատասխան մարմինները կպարզաբանեն ստեղծված իրավիճակը և հնարավորինս արագ լուծում կտան խնդրին։

Բեռնատարների վարորդները նաև խնդրում են պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաներին ուշադրություն դարձնել ստեղծված իրավիճակին և առնվազն հստակ տեղեկություն տրամադրել իրենց՝ կանգառի պատճառների և հետագա գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։
